Storybook Topic Research
After considering all of the possible topics I brainstormed about last week, I decided to research brother relationships in the Ramayana. I want to incorporate characters from The Vampire Diaries series in the Ramayana. The show is heavily revolved around relationships between siblings, and the Ramayana also tells stories of brothers.
The first story possibility for the storybook focuses on the relationship between Ravana and his half-brother, Kubera. Ravana and Kubera's relationship reminds me of the introduction of Klaus and Elijah Mikaelson's relationship in The Vampire Diaries. While both fierce, Kubera is the brother with the moral compass and tries to guide Ravana to stop killing, just like Elijah guides Klaus.

The second story possibility for the storybook focuses on the relationship between Lakshmana and Rama. I want to incorporate the story of Lakshmana following Rama into exile with the relationship between Damon and Stefan Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries. Both relationships are very strong and bonded in loyalty.

The third story possibility for the storybook also focuses on the relationship of Laksmana and Rama and Damon and Stefan. With this story, I want to touch on the final battle, where Laksmana goes beside Rama, being loyal all this time. It reminded me of the loyalty at the end of the show that Damon and Stefan exhibit.
